AGI Sport Makes Shell V-Power Motorsport Park Its New National Base
AGI Sport, one of Australia's leading driver development and Formula racing organisations, has officially relocated its operations from Sydney Motorsport Park to Shell V-Power Motorsport Park, establishing a new long-term home at the South Australian motorsport precinct.
The move marks a major milestone for both organisations, bringing together one of the country's most successful driver development programs with one of the world's most advanced motorsport facilities.
AGI Sport has built a strong reputation for developing Australia's next generation of racing talent through Formula 4 and international driver pathways, helping young drivers progress from karting into professional motorsport.
The team has also played an instrumental role in establishing the AU4 Championship and continues to be a key contributor to the development of future champions.
By basing its operations at Shell V-Power Motorsport Park, AGI Sport will have access to world-class circuit facilities, multiple track configurations, dedicated testing opportunities, premium workshop space and on-site accommodation, all within a single integrated motorsport destination.
The relocation further supports Shell V-Power Motorsport Park's ongoing focus on attracting major national and international motorsport activity to South Australia.
Building Australia's Motorsport Future
Dr Sam Shahin, Managing Director of Shell V-Power Motorsport Park, said the relocation was another important step in building South Australia as the nation's leading motorsport destination.
"Welcoming AGI Sport to Shell V-Power Motorsport Park is a tremendous endorsement of what we have created in South Australia. AGI Sport has an exceptional reputation for developing young racing talent, and having their team based permanently at our facility strengthens our vision of creating a centre of excellence for motorsport, and critically, for every business that supports it."
"Our precinct offers unparalleled facilities for testing, training and competition, and we're excited to support AGI Sport as they continue developing the next generation of Australian racing drivers."
A New Chapter for AGI Sport
Adam Gotch, Founder and Team Principal of AGI Sport, said the move represented an exciting new chapter for the team.
"Shell V-Power Motorsport Park provides everything we need to continue growing our driver development programs. The quality of the circuit, the facilities, the flexibility of the venue and the long-term vision made this an easy decision for our team."
"This move gives our drivers access to one of the finest motorsport facilities anywhere in the world and positions AGI Sport for continued growth both nationally and internationally."
As part of the relocation, AGI Sport will establish its operational headquarters at Shell V-Power Motorsport Park, supporting its racing programs, testing operations, driver coaching and championship activities.
The partnership reinforces Shell V-Power Motorsport Park's growing reputation as Australia's centre for high-performance motorsport, innovation and driver development.
