Due to business growth, we are seeking a passionate, experienced, and energetic Venue Manager to manage and oversee the day to day operations in our Apex Bar x Dining room.
Working directly with the Operations Manager - Food & Beverage we are after a motivated, go-getter, team player who is hungry for the chance to be part of all the activity at Rydges Pit Lane and The Bend Motorsport Park.
This role would be suited to someone with supervisory experience looking for their next career opportunity!
This is not your average management role. We are looking for an exciting, talented, and ambitious person to grow with us. Your focus will be on customer service and customer experience.
TRACK ATTENDANT - KARTING
We currently have an opportunity for a Track Attendant (Karting). The Track Attendant is responsible for the seamless delivery of exceptional customer experience within the Kartdrome Circuit. Duties range from operating hire-karts efficiently and safely through to opening/securely closing the venue.

CLEANER - CASUAL POOL
We currently have an opportunity for cleaners to join our casual pool at The Bend Motorsport Park. The position is responsible for ensuring that all facilities are maintained at a high level of cleanliness and consistency to provide our guests with the very best experience. You will, at all times demonstrate a courteous, discreet and customer focused attitude and take pride in helping to make The Bend Motorsport Park and Big4 The Bend Holiday Park a high-quality experience for all guests.

We currently have an employment opportunity to joint our Night Caretaker casual pool. This position will be responsible for ensuring that the multiple motorsport precincts are secured after hours. You will need a strong background in customer service and will parole the grounds as well as operate and maintain CCTV over the
entire site.
