The Repco Supercars Championship
The Repco Supercars Championship is the premier motorsport category in Australasia and one of Australia’s biggest sports. Globally, it is recognised as the best touring car category in the world and a leader in motorsport entertainment. In 2021 Supercars returns to The Bend for our 5th event, from 7th - 9th May!

An action packed on-track program of support races will keep motorsport fans entertained throughout the 3-day event at the 2021 OTR SuperSprint May 7-9. Exotic Supercars, Historic Touring Cars, and even V8-powered Utes will complete the on-track undercard as the Repco Supercars Championship makes its only visit to South Australia this year

The GT World Challenge pits some of the world’s best cars with Pro and the best amateur drivers in the country, on the best circuits in Australia.

Porsche Paynter Dixon Carrera Cup | Round 2
Porsche Paynter Dixon Carrera Cup is the premier one-make championship in Australia with drivers competing in identical Porsche 911 GT3 Cup (991 Gen II) race cars.

The Bend is a favourite among Porsche 911 GT3 Cup car drivers, as the circuit combines technical corners, with fast-flowing sections.

V8 SuperUtes Debut | Round 1

The 2021 season, which will see the SuperUtes hit the track now with V8 LS3 power units instead of turbo diesel units
The SuperUtes will commence with Round 1 at The Bend’s OTR SuperSprint.
Group N Historic Touring Cars
Historic Touring Car racer Paul Stubber is one of several notable drivers to have confirmed their intent to tackle The Bend, his 1969 Camaro one of the most spectacular cars in Group N racing.
More than 35 Expression of Interest forms have already been lodged with The Bend by prospective Historic Touring Cars competitors from across Australia.

ENTERTAINMENT
Supporting a packed on-track program, the entertainment will include even more action on track – some of it under lights – plus live music, fireworks and much more!
The OTR SuperSprint kicks off Thursday night with the Tailem Bend Street Party. Located on Railway Terrace, this will be a ticketed event (due to COVID) and free entry.
Supercars drivers appearance, food stalls, entertainment and displays will feature to give the local community a chance to further embrace one of the biggest events held in the region each year
On Friday night, The Bend will come alive with Roll Racing – held on the main straight.
​
Battled out between a pair of cars racing up the kilometre-long front straight, Roll Racing is like drag racing however starts the competition from a rolling start rather than from a standstill.
​
Access is included to all OTR SuperSprint ticket holders, with the Pit Straight grandstand available for viewing on the in field.
For fans wanting the best view and energy during Friday night entertainment, the Fresh 92.7 Pit Lane Party will be the place to be.
With exclusive access to Pit Lane, and the Welcome Centre party-goers can enjoy trackside views of the Roll Racing battles, and get amped for the show to the latest party tracks from Fresh 92.7 DJs.
Come and test your skills at The Bend Kartdrome! For the first time, night karting will be available at this year’s OTR SuperSprint, with the Kartdrome open until 9pm. *No bookings, walk ins only.
Come out and support Matt Mingay’s crew, the notorious Hot Wheels Stunt Team. With an adrenaline-filled display of dangerous and spectacular motorbike stunts this is a show not to be missed.

Fireworks will light up the sky following the racing on Saturday from 6:30pm, to finish the day with a bang for families or start the party for race fans ready to enjoy the night's entertainment.

For live music starting from 5:30pm , head to the main stage in the merchandise paddock marquee.

The band, hailing from Adelaide, is Australia’s ultimate tribute to two of the most famous rock acts in Aussie music history – The Angels and Midnight Oil – and play the best tracks from both groups back catalogues.
An array of market stalls from regional providers will give people an opportunity to secure local produce and wares from the Tailem Bend and Murraylands region.
With Kids 15 and under free, there's never been a better time to enjoy a family day out at the OTR SuperSprint.

Carnival rides, sideshow favourites and mini golf will fill the merchandise paddock with colours, sounds and thrills for fans both young and old.
