HOW DOES IT WORK?
Up to four clubs can share the day where each will have up to 2 hours of track time. Each club can choose the format of track activity they like to participate in which may include;

CLUB RACE
A side-by-side circuit competition with race prepared vehicles including practice, qualifying and race with a set number of laps. DOOR-TO-DOOR RACING!

SUPER SPRINT
A multi-car speed event where vehicles are individually started at intervals with results determined by lap time for each vehicle. Overtaking is permitted, but “racing” is not.

REGULARITY
A multi-car speed event where each competitor nominates a target lap time, results are determined by the variation from that time. This allows for all variety of vehicles and their drivers to compete regardless of their speed.

TIME ATTACK
Not unlike a qualifying lap in traditional motorsport, competitors race against the clock with the fastest single lap winning the day. Typically, this is well suited to track prepared vehicles and can be run with multiple sessions for either session winners, cumulative best 2 times or simply best time of the day.

POWER CRUISE
This format offers car enthusiasts a place to drive their street, race, drift or show car at speed in a safe and controlled environment. Cars cruise around the circuit with alternating speed and cruise sections.

Your club can;
1. Decide the event format
2. Set your competitors entry fee
3. Collect and collate your own entries (maximum of 30 cars per session)
4. Ensure all entrants have either a CAMS or AASA minimum speed licence (day licences may be available depending on the format of the event)

The Bend will;
1. Conduct 4 sessions per club on the West Circuit
2. Run the schedule totaling 2 hours per club (1.5hours for Bronze)
3. Obtain the event permit to provide event insurance
4. Supply the officials
5. Conduct the timing & supply transponders (Gold &Silver only)
6. Publish the results (Gold & Silver only)
7. Supply the trophies (Gold & Silver only)
